Joseph Thomas Konnath (born May 13, 1952 in Vadasserika , India ) is Bishop of the Battery Eparchy .
Life
Joseph Thomas Konnath received on 22 December 1978, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On 5 January 2005 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Sicilibba and ordered him auxiliary bishop in the archeparchy Trivandrum . The Syro-Malankara Catholic Grand Archbishop of Trivandrum, Cyril Baselios Malancharuvil OIC , donated him episcopal ordination on February 19 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of the Eparchy Tiruvalla , Isaac Cleemis Thottunkal , and the Bishop of the Eparchy Marthandom , Yoohanon Chrysostom Kalloor . On January 25, 2010 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the Bishop of the Battery eparchy. The inauguration took place on April 13 of the same year.
