Josh Harris (born April 27, 1989 in Carrollton , Georgia ) is an American football player on the position of long snappers . He plays for the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL).

Early years

Harris attended high school in the town of Carrolton, where he was born. He later attended Auburn University .

NFL

After the 2012 NFL Draft , on April 26, 2012, the Atlanta Falcons signed him, where he was preferred to Joe Zelenka in the position of Long Snappers before the season . From 2012 to 2017, he never missed a season game for the Falcons. On February 5, 2017 he played with the Falcons in the Super Bowl LI , which was lost to the New England Patriots at 28:34 .
