Joshua David "Josh" Lakatos (born March 24, 1973 in Pasadena ) is a former American sports shooter .
successes
Josh Lakatos took part in the trap at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and 2000 in Sydney . In 1996 he reached the final, which he finished with 147 points behind Olympic champion Michael Diamond . In the jump-off for the silver medal, he prevailed against Lance Bade . Four years later he did not get past 16th place. As early as 1993, Lakatos was world champion in Barcelona in double trap and also secured the silver medal with the team. With the Trap team, he won bronze in Nicosia in 1995 and silver in Cairo in 2001 .
