Journal de Rivesaltes 1941–1942 is a Swiss documentary film from 1997 about the Rivesaltes reception center during World War II . In 1998, the film was awarded the Swiss Film Prize for best documentary .

The film is about the work of the nurse Friedel Bohny-Reiter for the children's aid of the Swiss Red Cross in the refugee reception camp in Rivesaltes , who saved many children from death in Auschwitz. The basis is Friedel Bohny-Reiter's diary and conversations with people who have been rescued. In addition, pictures by Paul Senn from the reception camp are shown to illustrate the suffering.
