Jovan Damjanović ( Serbian - Cyrillic Јован Дамјановић ; born October 4, 1982 in Knin ) is a former Serbian national soccer player .

Damjanović played for the Serbian clubs FK Voždovac Belgrade and FK Borac Čačak before signing a contract with SV Ried in 2006, which was dated until 2008 . At the beginning of the 2007/08 season he scored the 450th Bundesliga goal in the history of the Rieder Sportvereinigung. A short time later he moved to SC Paderborn 07 , which was relegated to the 3rd soccer league this season. In the following year, the renewed promotion could be celebrated, but Damjanović was initially retained in the third-highest division, since he moved to SV Wehen Wiesbaden in 2009. In 2011 he returned to Serbia and signed a contract with his former club Borac Čačak. In 2012 he left Borac Čačak and signed a contract with the Belarusian club FK Dinamo Minsk . In 2013 he played on loan for FK Dinamo Brest . In 2014 he returned to Serbia and signed a contract with OFK Belgrade . In 2015 he left Serbia again and moved to the Chinese first division club Hunan Billows FC . After only half a year he turned his back on China and returned to Serbia. From 2015 to January 2016 he played for FK Novi Pazar . He spent the remaining six months of the 2015/16 season at FK Voždovac Belgrade and ended his career here.

Under the then Serbian national coach Vladimir Petrović , he made his debut in the Serbian national team on June 3, 2011 against South Korea .
