In 1987/88 he played 17 games in Ligue 1 in the club's first and so far only first division season . In doing so, he scored a hit. This was also the club's first goal in the top French division. He also spent the next two seasons in the ranks of this club, played in 32 second division games and scored eight times in the opposing goal. He also had 23 matches and eight goals in the club’s second representation during the entire phase of his engagement. In 1990 he continued his career at Gazélec FC Ajaccio . Up to and including the 1992/93 season he ran in 77 league games in Division 2 with the Corsicans and had 14 personal goals. He then returned temporarily to Uruguay. In 1993 and 1994 he was a member of the first division squad Nacional Montevideos . After this stage of his career, he returned to France. In the 1995/96 season he was used nine times (one goal) in Ligue 2 from October 1995 at SCO Angers . In his second season, he played 34 more league matches (four goals) for the club from the Maine-et-Loire department in 1996/97 . Other sources name only 23 games with his involvement. At the SCO, he also held the role of team captain. In the 1997/98 season, the last career station was the Entente Sportive Rochelaise . After the end of his professional career, he lives (as of 2006) near Niort .
