Juan Pablo Pino Puello (born March 30, 1987 , Cartagena ) is a Colombian football player who plays in the position of the striker .
Career
Before Pino moved to AS Monaco in the winter of 2007 , he was already chasing goals in his home country from 2004 to 2006 with Independiente Medellín . In the second half of the 2006/07 season, Pino only played eight games with the French. The following season also did not go well for the Colombian and was therefore loaned out to the Belgian club Sporting Charleroi . There he was injured and was absent for almost two months, so he only came to four missions there. Pino returned to Monaco and played his best season to date in the 2008-09 season. He played 23 games and scored six goals.
In the summer of 2010, Juan Pablo Pino moved to the traditional Turkish club Galatasaray Istanbul . Pino is mostly used as a striker behind the tips or in the wing. His nickname in Colombia is El Mago (Eng. The magician) . Pino made his debut in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League for Galatasaray Istanbul on 29 July 2010 , when he came on for Serdar Özkan in the match against OFK Belgrade . He scored his first competitive goal on October 30, 2010 against Antalyaspor.
The 2011/12 season Pino played on loan at Al-Nasr . Here he established himself straight away and scored five goals in 13 league encounters in the first half of the season. While he was in a mall, he was arrested by local police. The reason was a Jesus tattoo, which he is said to have openly displayed. He then terminated his contract and returned to Galatasaray. For the 2012/13 season, his move to the southern Turkish first division club Mersin İdman Yurdu was announced. According to the club's gifts, the coaching staff in the pre-season camp noticed him negatively because of his weakness. His contract was canceled by mutual agreement after about two weeks. Pino agreed with the Greek record champions Olympiacos Piraeus on a contract beginning in January 2013 for the second half of the season. He made his debut with two assists in the game against Veria FC . Pino moved to home club Independiente Medellín in the summer of 2013. In the summer of 2014 he signed a contract with SC Bastia , which he dissolved again during the winter break. Pino played a total of four league matches for SC Bastia.
