Julia Bamberg

Julia Bamberg (born April 12, 1983 in Singen ) is a German radio presenter .

Life

Bamberg grew up in Singen in Baden-Württemberg and graduated from the Friedrich-Wöhler-Gymnasium in 2002 . She then studied international information management at the University of Hildesheim and graduated in 2008 with a Magister Artium .

Career

After several internships at various radio stations, Bamberg completed a traineeship in the Braunschweig regional studio at radio ffn from May 2010 , which she successfully completed in 2012. From May 2012 to the end of July 2012 she took over the moderation of the night at radio ffn, until she was finally used from September 2012 at ffn am Abend .

As part of the fresh, fresh new show (between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.), Bamberg interviewed several artists, including Maroon 5 and The Edge , guitarist for the Irish band U2 .

On September 3, 2015, Bamberg won the German Radio Prize in the newly established Best Newcomer category . The laudation was given by Sandra Maischberger .

Bamberg has lived in Bremen since January 2016 and works for Bremen Vier . There she alternates between Monday and Friday, moderating the shows running and late shift .

In her private life, Julia Bamberg is part of a gaming channel called "Die Optical Disappointment" and of a queer-feminist podcast called "Die Akustische Entreahaung".
