Juliana Rodrigues Veloso (born December 22, 1980 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a Brazilian water diver . She starts for the Fluminense Rio de Janeiro club in artificial jumping from the 3-meter board as well as in 10-meter tower diving and synchronized diving, and she is trained by Andréia Boehme.

Veloso was initially active in gymnastics, but switched to diving when he was ten. Her first international title fights she played at the Pan American Games in 1999 in Winnipeg , where she was sixth from the tower and eighth from the 3-meter board. The following year she took part in the Olympic Games for the first time in Sydney . There she was eliminated as 35th from the 3-meter board and 19th from the 10-meter tower after the preliminary fight. At her first World Cup in Fukuoka in 2001 , she reached the final from the tower and was tenth. In 2003 Veloso won its first medals at international championships. At the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo , she won silver from the tower and bronze from the 3-meter board. At the World Championships in Barcelona she reached the semifinals from the 3-meter board and placed 13th. Veloso started in Athens at her second Olympic Games and reached the semifinals in both individual competitions, from the 3-meter board she was 18th, from the tower ranked 16. At the Pan American Games 2007 in her hometown Veloso was able to win another medal with bronze from the tower. In Beijing she finally played her third Olympic Games , but this time only competed in diving, where she reached rank 23. After the games, Veloso initially took a two-year break from diving. At the Pan American Games 2011 in Guadalajara she was able to achieve a good placement with sixth place on the 3-meter board.
