Julie Carraz-Collin (born August 25, 1980 ) is a former French biathlete .

Julie Carraz started in 2001 for the first time in a European Cup race in Ridanna and finished eleventh in the sprint. Her debut in the biathlon world cup followed in 2002 in Östersund . There she was 35th in the sprint. In 2003 she achieved a very good result with a third place in Oberhof with the relay, which also included Sandrine Bailly , Sylvie Becaert and Corinne Niogret . At the end of the season, she temporarily started again in the European Cup. In Gurnigel , she won the sprint and the pursuit. Julie Carraz-Collin took part in the European Championships in 2003 in Forni Avoltri , as well as in the continental championships three years later in Langdorf , where she was fifth with the relay.

In the European Cup, Carraz won four races and was among the top three ten times. In 2004 she started for the first and so far only time at the Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof , finishing 28th in the sprint, achieving a result among the top 30 for the first time and thus in the points of the World Cup. Then she started at the military world championships and a 15th place in the sprint and a 16th place in cross-country skiing. In the summer she competed at the World Championships in summer biathlon , but without reaching a front placement. From the 2004/05 season she switched increasingly between World and European Cups. In the middle of the 2006/07 season Carraz was used again in the World Cup after more than a year away from the World Cup. She was able to run into the points three times, the best result was a 26th place in the individual in Lahti . In the following competition times, Julie Carraz-Collin improved continuously and was able to celebrate her greatest success as 11th in the Pokljuka singles in the 2009/2010 season .
