Julius Larz

Julius Larz (born October 1, 1805 in Lyck , Masuria ; † June 28, 1879 ) was a German judge and member of parliament in East Prussia.

Life

Larz attended the Royal Lyck High School and studied law at the Albertus University in Königsberg . There he joined the first advance connection of the Corps Masovia in 1824 . After the exams he was a district judge in Bartenstein and Stallupönen . In 1848 he became district court director in Strasburg , West Prussia . In the same function he moved to Wehlau in 1854 . For more than 20 years, from 1859 to 1879, he represented the constituency administrative district Königsberg 2 (Labiau / Wehlau) in the Prussian House of Representatives . Until 1861 he was with the old liberals , then with the faction of the German Progressive Party .
