Julius Sarcodea-Addo
Julius Sarkodee-Addo (born September 8, 1908 , † January 1972 in Accra ) was the second Chief Justice in the independent state of Ghana . His tenure ran between 1964 and 1966 during the first Republic of Ghana under President Kwame Nkrumah . Sarkodee-Addo succeeded Sir Kobina Arku Korsah in office and was replaced by Edward Akufo-Addo after his discharge from office in February 1966 . Sarkodee-Addo was appointed Chief Justice of Ghana by Kwame Nkrumah.
Sarkodee-Addo was dismissed from office on February 24, 1966 after the National Liberation Council (NLC) military coup that led to the overthrow of Nkrumah.
