The Ministry of Justice ( Polish Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości , abbreviated MS ) is a supreme authority of the Republic of Poland , which is responsible for the organization of government administration in the area of ​​justice. According to the Polish constitution , the Minister of Justice is also a member of the Krajowa Rada Sądownictwa (German State Justice Council).

In addition, as in the period from March 31, 1990 to March 30, 2010, the Minister of Justice has again been Attorney General since March 4, 2016 . From March 31, 2010 to March 3, 2016, the General Prosecutor's Office existed as an independent authority, which was separate from the Ministry of Justice and the government administration.
