Jutta Motz

Jutta Motz (* 1943 in Halle an der Saale ) is a German crime novelist .

Life

Motz was born in Halle an der Saale and went to school in Frankfurt am Main. After finishing school, she studied in Cologne with a Magistra Artium in archeology , art history and sociology and did her doctorate in art history in Freiburg im Breisgau .

In 1978 Motz moved to Zurich . In 1982 their daughter was born. In 1991 she was the editor of a crime series with her own imprint at Rio and Elster Verlag . After working for various Swiss publishers and a literary agency for a long time, she now works in a leading position in a commercial enterprise and writes detective novels whose heroines deal with economic issues. She lives in Zurich.
