Rhein-Neckar Artists Association

The Rhein-Neckar Artists 'Association was founded in 1963 and has been one of the most influential artists' associations in the Rhine-Neckar region ever since .

Its goals are "... to promote and represent the essential forces in contemporary art, especially in this region." Since its foundation, the annual exhibitions of this group have been a defining event in the region's cultural life. In 2015 the Rhein-Neckar Artists Association had 64 members. The first chairman is Jürgen Schütz.
