The steam locomotive series k.uk FB 4 was a narrow gauge - Tender Locomotive series of the imperial army railways of Austria .
The 27 pieces of these small locomotives with 700 mm gauge were manufactured by the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik and the Lokomotivfabrik of the StEG in 1909 and 1917. They were created by slight modification of the kuk FB 3.01–24 , with which the Heeresfeldbahnen were very satisfied. Compared to the FB series 3, they had a steam dryer and a modified driver's cab.
After the First World War , four were given a PKP number , two were given a CFF number and one was transferred to ČSD U 44.901 via the Hronec forest railway .
The PKP locomotives D6-4316 and D6-4317, formerly 4.05 and 4.08, were given the DR numbers 99 2572 and 99 2573 with 750 mm gauge in 1942. After 1945 they remain with the PKP, which they renamed Px1-1584 and in 1948 Px1-1585 queued.
