KEMA Toren ( German  KEMA tower ) is the name of a 149 meter high transmission tower in Arnhem , the Netherlands . The KEMA tower was built by KEMA in 1969 to communicate between substations . Today it is used to distribute radio and television programs. The tower is also known as TenneT Toren . This name comes from the current owner, the electricity grid operator Tennet . The tower is not accessible to visitors.
