Cabinet Braun III
The Braun III cabinet was formed by the Prussian state government from April 1925 until June 1932. After that, it continued to exist without any real power until April 1933 .

On May 19, 1932, the State Ministry resigned in its entirety and continued the day-to-day business in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution .
After the Prussian strike on July 20, 1932, the State Ministry lost the de facto power of government. The State Court of the German Reich ruled by the law of armed Prussia contra Reich on 25 October 1932 that the government had been deposed Brown unlawfully and continues to exist. Prussia was not allowed to be represented by the provisional administration in the Reichsrat or otherwise in relation to the Reich or the Prussian Landtag .
