Aristide Briand was Prime Minister of France six times from 1909 to 1911, 1913, 1915 to 1917, 1921 to 1922, 1925 to 1926 and 1929 and formed eleven cabinets during this time

The Briand I cabinet was a government of the French Third Republic . It was formed on July 24, 1909 by Prime Minister (Président du Conseil) Aristide Briand and replaced the Clemenceau I cabinet . It remained in office until November 3, 1910 and was then replaced by the Briand II cabinet .

The cabinet included ministers from the Socialistes indépendants (SI), Alliance républicaine démocratique (ARD), Parti républicain, radical et radical-socialiste (PRS) and Radicaux indépendants (RI).
