Aristide Briand was Prime Minister of France six times from 1909 to 1911, 1913, 1915 to 1917, 1921 to 1922, 1925 to 1926 and 1929 and formed eleven cabinets during this time

The Briand VII cabinet was a government of the French Third Republic . It was formed on January 16, 1921 by Prime Minister (Président du Conseil) Aristide Briand and replaced the Leygues cabinet . It remained in office until January 15, 1922 and was then replaced by the Poincaré II cabinet .

The cabinet was composed of ministers from the Parti républicain-socialiste (RS), Parti républicain démocratique et social (PRDS), Fédération républicaine (FR), Parti républicain, radical et radical-socialiste (PRS) and Radicaux indépendants (RI).
