Cabinet Briand IV
The Briand IV cabinet was a government of the French Third Republic . It was formed on February 18, 1913 by Prime Minister (Président du Conseil) Aristide Briand and replaced the Briand III cabinet . It was only a formal formation of a cabinet, since Raymond Poincaré had assumed the office of President on February 18, 1913 as the successor to Armand Fallières . The Briand IV cabinet itself remained unchanged in all offices compared to the Briand III cabinet. It remained in office until March 22, 1913, when it was replaced by the Barthou Cabinet.
The cabinet consisted of ministers from the Parti républicain-socialiste (PRS), Parti républicain démocratique (PRD), Parti républicain, radical et radical-socialiste (PRS) and the Radicaux indépendants (RI).
