The First Cabinet of Ministers Yanukovych ( Ukrainian Перший уряд Віктора Януковича ) was the first government of Ukraine under Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych . It was installed on November 21, 2002 after the parliamentary elections in Ukraine in 2002 with 234 votes by the Verkhovna Rada and existed until January 5, 2005.

The government was composed of the coalition partners, the Party of Regions , the United Social Democratic Party of Ukraine , and Trudowa Ukrajiny .
