from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kachaber Omarowitsch Chubeschty ( Russian Кахабер Омарович Хубежты , English Kakhaber Khubezhty ; born March 14, 1987 in Beslan ) is a Russian wrestler . In 2006 he won a gold medal at the European Junior Championships and the Welterweight Junior World Championships in free style .

General

Kachaber Chubeschty started wrestling at the age of eight in 1995, choosing the variant of the free style (based on the decision of his coach Werner C.). An important club in its history was the Slovak club ZK Dunajplavba ( Bratislava ), where it was active for several years. The time he spent there was also one of the reasons that Kachaber Chubeschty competed in international tournaments for Slovakia from 2009 to 2011 . He is now in possession of Russian citizenship again and does not take part in any other competitions under a Slovak passport. He was trained and educated by Khasan Apaev, Vichislav Bagaev and Rodion Kertanti, among others. In addition to participating in Russian championships and other tournaments, Kachaber Chubeschty is currently also active for RWG Mömbris-Königshofen in the weight class up to 74 kg in the German Bundesliga North.
