The Kainznbach is a 1.1 kilometer long left tributary of the Liebochbach in Styria . It rises north-east of the main town of Sankt Bartholomä , west of the municipal boundary to Sankt Oswald bei Plankenwarth and flows first relatively straight and shortly before the confluence first in a right and then in a left curve overall to the southwest. East of Sankt Bartholomä it flows west of the L336 into the Liebochbach, which then bends to the right.
