Kaisa (born February 25, 1983 in Berlin ; real name Jacques Linon ) also known as "Kaisaschnitt", Myng or "Schnitt", is a German rapper . He is the owner of the label K.MK Records (formerly Hell Raisa Records) .
biography
Linon began his music career in 2001 as a video clip director for King Orgasmus One , MC Basstard , Bass Sultan Hengzt and Royal TS . After releasing his first album in 2002, he founded the Splater Connection label , under which he released other albums of his own, as well as albums by his group Hassmonstas , founded in 2003 . In late 2005, Linon came to the Streetlife Entertainment production company through Deso Dogg . Already in 2007 there was a separation due to artistic differences. In 2006, in collaboration with Hassmonstas, the album "Traumfabrik" was created with more profound songs such as "Kinder an die Macht". 10 months later he released "Nixx Für Kinda" on Hell Raisa Records . In 2007 he released the collaboration album Das Omen with MC Basstard , which a short time later could no longer be sold under this name due to licensing reasons. In 2008 it was reissued under the title 666 with various song changes. With Basstard and the hip-hop artists Skinny Al, Schlafwandler and Sicc, the 2007 tour ended with a funny one , which began on April 6th in Dresden and ended on May 12th in Nuremberg.
In 2007 the solo album The story of the lawnmower man was released . There are significantly more splatter texts on it than on the Traumfabrik and Nixx for Kinda albums . The focus here is again on personal texts. The limited so-called “street album” was released 28 weeks later . Kaisa is also featured on the mixtape Ghetto Romantik by B-Tight , released on October 5, 2007. In 2008 Kaisa released the street album Thorn in the Eye , the EP for Keine Wärme and the solo album The Black Shark . This was followed by the street mix tape Kaisaschnitt Tape Vol. 1 , which was limited to 1,000 copies and contained samples from various American old-school rappers as well as some self-made music. In 2010, Kaisa published KMK (Children with Chainsaws). Shortly before it was published, he made a video for the song Les Enfantes . KMK appeared in three versions. In an interview, Kaisa announced that he would not release another album. In the future he wants to deal with rock music under a different name. At the beginning of March 2010, Kaisa closed his label Hell Raisa Records and a few months later founded the label KMK Records under the stage name Schnitt. As a result, two albums were created under this pseudonym ( The Night of the Long Knives , The Bad Man ), before he appeared again as Kaisa (cut). After the release of the first two EPs of the Witch House series in 2012, he announced a trilogy of albums called Antichrist , the first part of which was released that same year. After the album The Legend of Lawnmower Man 2013, the second part of the Antichrist series and another Witch House EP, he announced the album Dope Boy with Metallic Flow for 2015 . He wants to prepare his fans for the upcoming album in the form of studio blogs.
Controversy
In March 2010, Volker Beck , First Parliamentary Managing Director of the Bundestag faction of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen , filed a criminal complaint against Kaisa. Beck criticized the rapper's homophobic lyrics that come into play in the song Endlich Klartext from the album KMK . A few lines of the piece were highlighted as an example: "A bullet in your face, boy, nine-millimeter projectiles for the gay boy, because the sucker has sucked too much, yes, he has to throw up again and again when he looks in the mirror. " Beck explained on his website that the lines were " an invitation to murder " that could not be "allowed to pass either with German rappers or Jamaican dancehall singers ". Kaisa then sent a message via Twitter in which he thanked for the promotion of his album KMK . As a result of the criminal complaint against Kaisa, Volker Beck received, according to his own statement, " hate and insulting messages on Facebook " from supporters of the musician.
In April 2010, the Federal Inspectorate for Media Harmful to Young People indexed KMK on List B. This means that the sound carrier is not only classified as harmful to young people, but also violates § 131 StGB (glorification of violence, violation of human dignity) in the opinion of the Federal Inspectorate . However, assessments by the Federal Inspectorate with regard to illegal content are not binding for the courts, so that the sound carrier has so far only been subject to the usual restrictions on indexing, in particular a ban on youth and public advertising. In March 2010, Kaisa gave an interview to the website rap.de in which he doubted that 6,000,000 Jews were murdered in the Holocaust and accused a Jewish lobby of using the Holocaust “to justify everything that this culture and this race” surrounds " .
