The house at Kaiserstraße 38 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the south side of Kaiserstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Kaiserstraße 38a to the west.
Architecture and history
The two-storey, massive town house was built around 1860 in the classicism style . The cornices and the framing of the windows are provided with stucco profiles. Presumably, the house originally formed an arable farm together with the neighboring property at Kaiserstraße 38a.
