It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the south side of Kaiserstraße, on the corner with Pölkenstraße and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house is designed in the baroque style and covered by a mansard roof. The front door, including its skylight, dates from around 1830 and is in the classicism style . A late baroque staircase with sawn board balusters is remarkable in the interior design of the house .
