It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the north side of Kaiserstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Kaiserstraße 8, 9 to the west.

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house dates from the first half of the 18th century and its gable faces Kaiserstraße. The plastered building is covered with a half-hip roof . To the west, the main house is bordered by a side wing into which a gate passage is integrated.
