It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the north side of Kaiserstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. To the west is the listed building Kaiserstraße 13 , to the east is the building Kaiserstraße 15 .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built in 1702. The design of the half-timbered structure represents a transition form from a stylized ship's throat to a bevel on the threshold . The appearance of the building was changed significantly in later times.
