Keller's 10 is a ten-member band based in Switzerland around the composer and conductor Beat Keller. The music of Keller's 10 can be positioned in the areas of jazz , avant-garde , experimental, rock , New Orleans jazz , ambient and manic polka .
history
In 2006 the guitarist, multi-instrumentalist and composer Beat Keller, who lives in Winterthur , founded the band Keller's 10. In 2008 the group released their debut album. This met with a very positive response in the jazz world. The renowned jazz website All About Jazz even named the album the “Best Debut Release 2008”. In 2013 the band took second place in the Moods Jazz & Blues Award. Also in 2013 the second studio album by Keller's 10 was released, entitled Two .
