Kalispell is a city in the northwest of the US state Montana . Founded in 1891 by James J. Hill, Kalispell is now the capital of Flathead County . It has a little less than 20,000 inhabitants (34,000 with the surrounding area), and the trend is growing rapidly.
The proximity to the Glacier National Park makes Kalispell a starting point for visits to the park.
Kalispell is the seat and founding place of the True Catholic Church .
