Kaltenbrunn is a district of the municipality of Aying in the Upper Bavarian district of Munich .

The hamlet is about two kilometers east of Aying.

On May 1, 1978, Kaltenbrunn was incorporated into Aying as part of the formerly independent community of Helfendorf as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
