Nevertheless, the fate of the two is closely linked. It gets complicated when Sweety confesses her pregnancy, which Guddu can't do anything with. None of this fits into his plans for the future, but Sweety's criminal brother Bhope doesn't want to know anything about it.
Charlie, on the other hand, slides even deeper into the criminal scene after he got hold of drugs worth over 100 million rupees . Due to the resemblance to Guddu, the criminals also target him. There are kidnappings, blackmail and firefights until finally the police intervene and bring the situation under control. The criminals are led away and Charlie gets off lightly with an injury. criticism
"Kaminey" is overhyped, but good. Strongly played, courageously staged, peppered with great music and some wonderful references to pop culture - from RD Burman to the Bee Gees . All of this ensures a high-quality film experience that stands out pleasantly from the softened and artistically often questionable Bollywood mainstream. Vishal Bhardwaj remains one of the most interesting filmmakers in India, whether like some critics, "Kaminey" is sensational or just "just" good. And he proves that without Shakespeare he may have less power, but can still deliver a sovereign film. "
