Kammersdorf is a village in the municipality of Geiersthal , Regen district in the Bavarian Forest .

Kammersdorf lies on a southern slope between the places Geiersthal and Teisnach . Other neighboring towns are Höfing, Viertlweggrub and Felburg. The altitude of Kammersdorf is approx. 450 - 530  m above sea level. NHN . The buildings in Geiersthal, Kammersdorf and Teisnach are almost completely connected.

Waters

In the south of the place runs the Nussbach , which forms the municipality boundary to Teisnach. There are ice ponds here, which are used for curling and ice skating in winter and are looked after by EC Kammersdorf.

traffic

The state road 2636 runs through Kammersdorf, which connects Kammersdorf with Drachselsried in the Zellertal and with the federal roads 85 and 11, and the district road REG 19 , which leads towards Viechtach.
