Kamouraska is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Bas-Saint-Laurent and consists of 19 subordinate administrative units (two cities, ten municipalities, five districts and two municipality-free areas). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Saint-Pascal . The population is 21,267 and the area 2244.1 km², which corresponds to a population density of 9.5 inhabitants per km² (as of 2011).
