The Cape Yemelyanov ( Russian Мыс Емельянова Mys Jemeljanowa , English Cape Yemel'Yanov ) is a rocky cape at the Prince Olav Coast in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It is 3 miles west-northwest of Felton Head in the northern part of Tange Promontory on the shores of Casey Bay .
Aerial photographs were taken in 1956 as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions and in 1957 during a Soviet Antarctic expedition . The cape is named after the Soviet hydrographer A. M. Jemeljanow.
