The Cape Roux ( French Cap E. Roux ) is a cape in the northwest of the Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It marks the northwest end of the Pasteur Peninsula .
Participants in the Fourth French Antarctic Expedition (1903-1905) under the direction of polar explorer Jean-Baptiste Charcot discovered it. Charcot named the cape after the French medic and bacteriologist Émile Roux (1853–1933).
