The Pasteur Peninsula ( French Presqu'île Pasteur ) is a 8 to 13 km wide and 8 km long peninsula . It forms the northern end of the Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula and separates Guyou Bay in the west from Bouquet Bay in the east.

It was mapped during the Fourth French Antarctic Expedition (1903-1905) under the direction of polar explorer Jean-Baptiste Charcot . He named it after the French chemist and microbiologist Louis Pasteur (1822–1895).
