The Cape Webb is a chapter that on the East Antarctic Georg V. Coast lies. It separates Ainsworth Bay from Doolette Bay and marks the western boundary of the mouth of the Ninnis Glacier .
It was discovered during the Australasian Antarctic Expedition (1911-1914) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson . Mawson named the bay after Eric Norman Webb (1889-1984), chief geomagnetist on the main base of the expedition in the Commonwealth Bay .
