The chapel Hilderath located in the Honschaft (district) Hilderath the district Rheindahlen country , Am Kapellchen 34, in the City West District (until 22 October 2009 Rheindahlen ) in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ). The brick chapel stands on a five-sided floor plan and three-sided choir closure , access from the east gable side through a low entrance with a wooden door, whose frame filling, grated with turned wooden bars, allows a view into the interior.

Inscribed date: "ANO 1884". Above it a wall niche with the figure of St. Peter (wood, mid-19th century), recognizable by the keys in his hands. The end of the gable is emphasized by Dutch triangles and a slate- covered roof turret for the bell . On the top a cross with a weathercock .
