The CDU state parliament candidate Michael Schroeren loses "his" constituency in Hardterbroich, his competitor Hans-Willi Körfges triumphs in Giesenkirchen. Only Norbert Post remains a bank. Many voters have split their votes - the FDP in particular benefits from this. The greens nestle while the pirates partially catch up with them.
