Karin Kraft
Karin Kraft (born June 21, 1952 in Göttingen ) is a German professor of naturopathy with a focus on phytotherapy , naturopathic methods and health services research in naturopathic rehabilitation .
Life
Karin Kraft completed her studies in human medicine with a doctorate in 1980. From 1981 to 1983 she was a scholarship holder at the Pharmacological Institute of the University of Heidelberg , then an assistant doctor at the Medical University Polyclinic in Bonn . She has been a specialist in internal medicine since 1989 . From 1991 she worked as a lecturer for naturopathy and homeopathy at the University of Bonn . In 1993 he completed his habilitation.
In 2002 she was appointed to the chair for naturopathy at the Medical Faculty of the University of Rostock .
Since 1994 she has been a member of Commission E , since 2000 Supervising Editor of the ESCOP and since 2010 President of the Society for Phytotherapy .
In 2003 she received the Hessian Naturopathic Prize.
