Karl-Heinz Jettka

Karl-Heinz Jettka (born July 16, 1914 in Königsberg , † February 20, 1982 in Bremen ) was a Bremen politician ( SPD ). He was a member of the Bremen citizenship .

biography

Family, education and work

After graduating from high school, Jettka completed training for the Reichsbahn . He had been in the upper level service of the railway since 1934 , most recently as a member of the Federal Railway Authority . He was transferred from Braunschweig to Bremerhaven in 1951 and was the head of the Seehafen train station in the Bremerhaven overseas port area. In 1955 he moved to Bremen and in 1960 became head of the marshalling yard in Bremen.

Jettka was married to Magdalena Jettka (1918-2002). He was buried in the Osterholz cemetery in Bremen.

politics

Jettka had been a member of the NSDAP since 1937 .
After the war he became a member of the SPD. He held various offices in the SPD local association Bremen-Findorff .

From 1971 to 1982 (†) he was a member of the Bremen citizenship for around 11 years and was active in various deputations of the citizenship.

  • He was a member of the church council of the Protestant Martin Luther congregation in Findorff.
