Karl-Heinz Nieders

Karl-Heinz Georg Reinhard Nieders (born June 2, 1922 - † May 4, 1984 in Kassel ) was a German lawyer .

Career

Nieders was born as the son of the managing director Reinhold Niedergesäß and Katharina Kraft. After graduating from school, he began studying law in Berlin in 1940, which was interrupted by military service and British captivity. After the end of the war he continued his studies in Marburg and received his doctorate in 1950.

In 1951 he became an assistant judge at the Frankfurt am Main Regional Court , in 1953 a member of the administrative board at the Kassel Administrative Court and in 1956 a member of the administrative board at the Hessian Administrative Court . There he was Vice President from 1967 and President from December 1, 1969 to July 31, 1982.

From 1966 he was also a member of the Hessian State Court and its President from 1975 to 1982.
