The building at Karl-Marx-Straße 7 is a listed farmhouse in the municipality of Hohe Börde in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the Hohenwarsleben district on the north side of Karl-Marx-Straße. To the west of the house, Kirchstrasse joins Karl-Marx-Strasse.
Architecture and history
The two-story farmhouse was built in the late 19th century. The plastered building is representative. There are stucco decorations in the neo-baroque style . The facade is executed zehnachsig, wherein each of the two outermost axles left and right flat sides risalits form. There is an eaves cornice .
In the local register of monuments , the farmhouse is registered as a monument under registration number 094 75098 .
The building is an example of a Bördebauer house from the Wilhelminian era , whose owners had become prosperous.
