Karl Bäßler (politician)
Karl Bäßler (born May 23, 1915 in Leipzig , † February 9, 1997 in Windeck ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
In the Weimar Republic , Bäßler was a member of the German Metalworkers' Association , the SAJ and the SPD. After the Second World War , he was a short-term replacement in the Berlin city council for Helmut Mattis (1905–1987).
