Karl Ferdinand Haltaus
Karl Ferdinand Haltaus or Carl Haltaus (born November 1, 1811 in Großengottern , † July 31, 1848 in Wurzen ) was a German historian and poet .
Life
From 1832 he studied at the University of Leipzig . In 1835 he was a teacher of history at the Thomas School in Leipzig .
