Karl Gladischefski

Karl Gladischefski (born July 31, 1862 in Berlin , † October 30, 1938 in Bützow ) was a German theologian and politician ( DDP ).

Life and work

Gladischefski was born the son of a privy councilor. After attending a high school in Berlin, he studied theology at the universities in Berlin , Erlangen and Bonn . Here he became a member of the Bonn Wingolf . From 1886 he was vicar of the Mülheim synod , worked from 1887 to 1899 as a German pastor in Budapest and from 1899 to 1906 was the first pastor at the court church in Breslau . From 1906 to 1913 he worked as a pastor in Godesberg , from 1913 until his death as a pastor of the Evangelical Reformed Congregation in Bützow .

Gladischefski was married to Johanna Kröner .

politics

In 1919/20, Gladischefski was a member of the Mecklenburg-Schwerin State Parliament, which made the constitution and was its vice-president. From June 29, 1922 to March 17, 1924 he held the office of State Minister for Education, Art, Spiritual and Medical Affairs in the government of the Free State of Mecklenburg-Schwerin led by Prime Minister Johannes Stelling . From December 15, 1923, he was also the country's Minister of Justice.
