Karl Horn

Friedrich Karl Horn (born February 12, 1898 in Rothenthal , † June 8, 1977 in Munich ) was an NSDAP politician and member of the Reichstag .

Life

After attending the elementary schools in Großschirma , Nossen and Eibenstock, Horn learned to draw patterns and attended the art school for the textile industry in Eibenstock. As of December 11, 1914 drafted as a volunteer, Horn fought in the First World War, both Western and Eastern Front . He was then from October 13, 1918 to 1920 in French captivity. He then worked as a draftsman until 1922, and in September of that year he started his own business as a model draftsman in Eibenstock.

From November 1929 he was a city councilor and city councilor in Eibenstock as well as a district councilor. In 1930 he was elected to the Reichstag for the NSDAP ( constituency 29 - Leipzig). From April 22 to October 15, 1933 he represented the NSDAP in the Saxon state parliament. On January 30, 1933, he became leader of the SA Standard 105, on July 1, 1935, he took over Standard 139. In the 9th to 11th electoral period he was again a member of the Reichstag from his party. In October 1937 he was transferred to the staff of the Supreme SA leadership in Munich , where he held the position of department head in the judicial and legal department with the rank of SA chief. On November 9, 1938, he was appointed SA Brigade Leader and served in the infantry from 1939 to 1941. From 1943 he was again in the Wehrmacht , where he worked as a senior war administrator .
