Karl Charles Kaltenbacher (* 1950 in Steyr ) is an Austrian painter , graphic artist , sculptor , choreographer and author .

Live and act

The artist, who was born in Steyr, spent part of his childhood in Australia from 1954 to 1962 . From 1971 to 1977 he studied at the University of Design in Linz with Alfons Ortner and Helmuth Gsöllpointner and received his diploma with distinction.

Since 1972 he has made more than 400 cultural expressions in the form of exhibitions, performances, dance choreographies, lectures, publications and works in public and private institutions. He spent some time in the Egon Hofmann House and is a member of the MAERZ artists' association .
